Tara Exports is part of a group of companies engaged in manufacturing and marketing of flame retardant fabrics and protective workwear. Tara Group has been in the business of protective clothing since 1990 when the concept of flame retardant clothing was first introduced in the Indian steel industry.

We have made in-depth studies of the hazardous working conditions in various high-risk industries and have evaluated the requirement of protective clothing in these industries. We have designed appropriate flame retardant fabrics and clothings to suit each end use. Today our flame retardant clothing offer protection to the workers in the steel mills, electricals and utilities, oil and gas explorations and petrochemical industries.

PYROVATEX^® CP New, the chemical used for flame retardant finish is a product of Ciba Specialty Chemicals Inc., Switzerland, world leaders in flame retardant technology. PYROVATEX^® CP New has the Oeko-Tex approval which confirms that it is harmless for human health. We are the Indian agent of Ciba Specialty Chemicals India Limited for PYROVATEX^® Flame Retardant chemicals.

Our flame retardant workwear is marketed under the brand name of Safe™ PYROVATEX^®. Years of experience in manufacturing industrial workwear has equipped us to understand better the requirements of our customers. We now design and develop specific fabric with flame retardant finish, chemical resistance finish and also use special yarns and finishes to protect against the static charges. These developments are based on the specific requirements of our buyers and the various International standards.

In today’s world of high image consciousness, end users understand the importance of brand awareness and corporate imaging at worksites. Our embroidered logos, embroidered badges, woven badges, woven labels, printed labels, customised packagings…….. all these help in creating the desired effects.
